Customs and National Games of Kazakhstan

The key to the treasury of Kazakh culture is the series of collector coins "Customs and National Games of Kazakhstan". One by one, the coins reveal the richness of the people's traditions and their inner meaning. The first coin of the series, "Besikke salu" (the ceremony of placing a newborn into a cradle), symbolizes a very warm and tender moment in the life of a mother and child. The series demonstrates not only family rituals associated with birth and childcare but also national games that developed the strength and agility of the nomads.
