The first coin in The Royal Mint’s collection marking the 25th anniversary of the publication of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and the first UK coin dedicated to the world of Harry Potter. The reverse features a portrait of Harry Potter based on the illustration by Jim Kay (adapted by Ffion Gwillim); a latent feature reveals a lightning bolt and the number 25. The obverse features the final portrait of Elizabeth II by Jody Clark. Released in collaboration with Bloomsbury Publishing, The Blair Partnership, and Warner Bros.
