1. Who processes your data

The coinsmate.ru website (“CoinsMate”, “we”) — a coin catalogue, price analytics and online shop. Questions about your data: stilons@ya.ru.

2. What we collect

Account: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), country and currency for charts, date of consent to this policy.
Collection and settings: coins you add, purchase prices, lists, price alerts.
Orders: recipient name, phone, delivery address, order contents and payment receipts you upload.
Messengers: if you link Telegram or MAX — your chat ID and username, to send you notifications.
Technical data: cookies needed for sign-in and the cart, IP address, browser data; anonymised visit statistics via Yandex.Metrica.

3. Why

to create and secure your account;
to process and deliver orders and keep you informed about them;
to keep your collection, alerts and settings;
to answer your messages to support;
to improve the website (aggregated statistics).

We do not sell your data and do not send advertising to messengers or email.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you sign up (the checkbox in the registration form), and the performance of an order you place.

5. Who else sees the data

delivery services — only what is needed to deliver an order;
Yandex Cloud Postbox — to send emails from the website;
Telegram and MAX — only if you link them yourself;
Yandex.Metrica — anonymised visit statistics.

6. How long we keep it

Account data — while the account exists. Order data — as long as required by accounting and tax law. After the account is deleted, data is removed or anonymised, except what we are required to keep by law.

7. Your rights

You can see and change your data in your account, unlink messengers there in one click, withdraw consent and ask us to delete your account — write to stilons@ya.ru. We answer within 10 working days.

8. Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes, the website works over HTTPS, access to data is limited to people who need it to process orders.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.
